"Valerie was with me through the whole selling process. She gave me excellent advice on how to make my house sale ready. These little fixes and upgrades made the house more profitable. When it was put on the market we had 2 offers before she even had a chance to have an open house! We sold the house in 24 hours and all I had to do was sign paperwork. Easy breezy!People always say I don’t want to pay commission fees. That’s bologna. She made such a profit that the commission seems minimal. Val is a go getter, she will get the job done."
